Jubilant Therapeutics is a clinical‑stage hematology and oncology company leveraging precision epigenetic targeting strategies to develop differentiated therapies for patients with intractable serious diseases. Our lead program, JBI‑802, is an investigational, first-in-class dual LSD1/HDAC6 small molecule inhibitor designed to build on validated LSD1 biology and incorporate complementary mechanisms to address significant unmet medical needs across select hematologic malignancies.
We are currently conducting a Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating JBI-802 in people with essential thrombocythemia (ET) a rare, chronic blood condition that occurs when the bone marrow produces too many platelets. We believe that building on LSD1-driven CoREST biology by combining LSD1 inhibition with HDAC6 may extend the utility of JBI-802 beyond the CoREST complex into additional regulatory domains not addressed by LSD1 inhibition alone in ET. Despite increased understanding of the disease, there have been no new treatments approved for ET in almost 30 years.

Future clinical development of JBI-802 is being explored in other myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) including:
Myelofibrosis (MF), a rare, chronic blood cancer where bone marrow is replaced with scar tissue disrupting blood cell production, and
Polycythemia vera (PV), a rare, slow-growing blood cancer where bone marrow produces too many red blood cells, causing thickening of the blood, increasing the risk of blood clots, heart attack, and stroke.
